Signal Mountain, Tennessee 

 

This five acre property nestled in Signal Mountain had extensive erosion issues from run off water.  This erosion issue caused a significant loss of trees. Our landscape architect and team collected  the underground water that runs through the property and created 800 feet of natural creeks. They meander throughout the property and follow the run off pattern. The creek bed sediment is stabilized by erosion control fabric, boulders and river rock.
